It was opening day for the Cincinnati Reds today and the kids dressed red for the day. Megan school allowed the kids to wear red under their uniforms. Tyler on the other hand was not dressed for school as he is on Spring Break this week. Tyler and Dad were invited by our friends to be in the Reds Opening Day Parade.
Tyler had a blast to say the least. He got to stick his head out of the truck, didn’t need to wear a seatbelt, and he got to wave and throw candy. The boy next to Ty is our friends 2 year old son Jeff. He had a blast as well.
In the truck next to ours, was University of Cincinnati Football Coach, Brian Kelly.
The other celeb Tyler got to see was the UC mascot, the Bearcat.
Although it was cold, windy and rainy, Tyler loved being in the parade, and was very grateful to get the chance to participate.
