This was our family’s second trip to Walt Disney World and we found it to be much the same as last time, except the kids got older.
After arriving in Orlando, we took the Airport Shuttle to the Caribbean Beach Resort. There we stayed in a Pirate Room on the “island” of Trinidad South. The room was decorated with a pirate theme. Tyler and Megan loved it.
After finally getting luggage, we set off to explore Epcot.

Part of our hotel package was the Disney Dining Plan. This allowed us to eat a counter service meal, and a sit down dinner every day. Our first night was a meal at Bistro de Paris, Megan and Tyler got to visit with Ratatouille, the rat from the movie with the same name.
After we ate, we went to the IllumiNations firework/laser light show.
