Thursday started with a boat ride to another hotel for a character breakfast with Minnie, Donald, and Goofy.
After breakfast, Mom and Megan went back to the hotel to do some swimming. Dad, Tyler and the camera went to Disney Hollywood Studios.

Tyler’s mean Dad would not buy him a hat, so Tyler asked if he could try one on at least.
Mom and Megan met us back at the park that night to go on the Toy Story ride and out for supper then off to the American Idol Show.
The American Idol show is just like the real thing. They have 8 contestants singing and you vote for your favorite. The nightly prize was the “Golden Ticket” which allowed the winner to be first in line at a real American Idol audition. We (Mom, Megan, and Tyler) enjoyed it so much that we went to three shows. Megan and Tyler even brought home some of the Golden Tickets (confetti, but it was colored gold and they called it their Golden Tickets so we just ran with it).
