We went on a ski weekend to Snowshoe Mountain in West Virginia. We all had a wonderful time. We arrived on Friday night and went swimming right away. What a wonderful experience that was, as the pool went outdoors as well as inside. Megan and Tyler didn’t mind being outside. They even went down the water slide a few times. The air temperature was in the teens. Dad was c-c-c-c-c-c-COLD. Thankfully, the hot tub (which we normally do not get in) was a short run from the pool.
Saturday was very snowy, we were suppose to get 9 inches of snow. Sunday brought out the sun and very nice conditions. We skied in the morning and drove back in the afternoon. Departing from the usual pictures of Megan and Tyler skiing (they kind of look the same no matter where we go), here are some pictures of the kids around the village.
On Saturday evening, Megan and Tyler played on the “mountain” of snow that the tractors pile up in the middle of the village.
